THEIR STORY
Tobin Vell took over the inn's stables at sixteen and has been easier with horses than with people ever since. A mare once refused to cross the pass until he walked beside her, and the story still follows him up the road. Since a bad fall down the cellar stairs he walks in his sleep, and he often wakes with wet boots and no idea where they have been. He is shy and kind, forgets his own sentences, and trusts whoever the horses trust.
